Perfil - Sue Jeiven

After apprenticing in Richmond, VA at Red Dragon Tattoo, Brooklyn-born Sue Jeiven moved to Boston, where she worked with a group of tattoo artists and the ACLU to legalize tattooing in the state of Massachusetts, all the while tattooing at American Tattoo in Newport, R.I. In 2004, she opened Regeneration Tattoo in Boston. Homesick for New York City, Sue returned to the Big Apple in 2009 and found a home at East River Tattoo. Sue loves black and grey fine line work, lettering and old-style engraving.
