Lard Yao Peter

Lard Yao Peter is a traditional hand tattooer who learned to tattoo in the infamous Thai prison "Lard Yao", also known as the "Bangkok Hilton." After being incarcerated for 4 years and 3 months in German prison in the 1980's, he escaped and fled to Thailand, where he got in trouble with the law and spent another 4 years and 3 months in the high security prison.
